Update!

Remembering some of the places we have been... 

   

So it's that time again for another update... I am sure our viewing interest has diminished, but if anyone is still out there we have been up to some things....

Tony: He has been in various places since March 10th - First he went to Alabama to run a short Outward Bound course, then back up to Ohio for a few phone interviews... then he headed over to the University of Tennessee and interviewed there. He stopped at the Tennessee Staffords and visited with BJ, Angie, and the kiddos... then he made his way to Charlotte North Carolina, by way of Asheville and attended the NIRSA (National Intramural, Recreation, and Sports Association) conference where he was able to have about 6 more interviews with various schools across the country. He is currently back in Ohio and will be leaving on the 10th to run another short Outward Bound course in Alabama and then he will arrive in Connecticut on April 21st! I can not wait to see him!!!!!

Cassie: I have been feverishly applying to graduate schools that have accredited Master of Social Work programs across the country. Trying every day to be sure transcripts are going where they are supposed to go, I took the GRE exam, writing essays, etc. Touching base with Tony to find out other opportunities he might have and how that affects which schools I am applying to. I have also been hired by H & R Block, my best friend's husband and his mother own four of them in the CT area, and I have been answering phones, scheduling appointments and will work for them until next Wednesday - TAX DAY... After that I will be spending some quality time with friends and family and waiting to hear from schools and about Tony's jobs... It is hard for me to be patient, but that's all we can do right now...

As far as wedding plans go, we have put that thought on hold for now until we find out where we are going next, it doesn't make sense to plan anything until we have better details on where we might be.

We are excited to say that we have planned a trip back to Albuquerque to visit all our wonderful friends there in May! May 7th we arrive and we will be taking a bus to Oklahoma City to be there to see Tony's niece Desiree graduate high school. Then we will make our way back to the East Coast and I am planning on taking Tony to see New York City!!!! He has never been there and I have five close friends who live there we will be couch surfing with them and then we will head back to CT... hopefully in the process of all of this we may find out where we are going to be next.
