On our way out of Quito on the bus, we got our camera stolen from our bag! It totally sucked, but we had already downloaded all of the pictures, so we did not lose much but a handfull of photos and the rest of the stuff that was stolen should be covered under the travelers insurance.... so we rushed to Guayaquil today in time to buy the only Olympus 1030 SW underwater camera in the entire mall (the largest mall in Ecuador) and so we are back on track! The same camera, different color! We fly out to the Galapagos Islands tomorrow and will try to book a boat trip when we get there.... wish us luck and stay tuned for the photos and videos!
